Sorrento-Portsea Artists' Trail

An unusual sign overlooking London Bridge Ocean Beach at Portsea.
(London Bridge features just behind the top left of the sign!)
The artist John Percival painted the scene beyond the sign.
He is one of a number of artists featured on this artist trail.

I like the artist's rendition of this view. I bet this is a popular trail for lots of other artists!!!

Love the idea of seeing an artists' rendition of the immediate view.

What a beautiful landscape, I love seaside rock formations like that! It's such a great idea to place a picture of the painting in the landscape that inspired it. Great sign shot and haiku!

Wish I were there!

How cool is that? They have got to be great artists to have their work shown right next to the gorgeous scenery for comparison!
