Interesting that their website refers to this boat shed as a "studio" under the heading 'Property Type'.

Pale Lemon Banksia

Amazing what flowers may be found near a beach.
Banksia integrifolia appears late summer on the Mornington Peninsula.
It is a fascinating, hardy, pale lemon flower that doesn't seem to mind strong salty sea breezes.
This one was flowering just beyond the sand line of Dromana beach.
