I've seen the odd condo project here that seems to take forever to get built.
If only I could afford it, I would live by the sea.

Looks like a fancy development. Hope it doesn't spoil the beach.
It will be interesting to see if it gets built!
I chose the avocation to afford such luxury, but I'm okay with that because I loved teaching in a Catholic school.
