no dogs...

It has just appeared as the summer tourist season opens...
Strangely, I have not seen dogs on the beach except mid winter - occasionally...

I can understand the No Dogs on Beach, but a $200 dollar fine seems steep. Hard to read the stenciled sign.

I agree that dogs shouldn't be on a beach, but that is a difficult sign to read (though it seems to be at dog level)
