I have never seen a for sale sign displayed quite like this before...
It is in the window of a resort unit at The Nepean, Dromana...

I had to check out the website. Specialists in prestige homes, eh?!
I've never seen a sign like this one either, though some of the realtors here who specialize in prestige homes haver the most understated signs!
