how convenient!
I must say I have never heard of a dog tie. In Amish area that I visit they have hitching posts for horses. Tom The Backroads Traveller
I assume it's fastened to the pavement so a big dog won't drag it around!
You hear so many stories about dogs being stolen when left tied somewhere. It is a nice post though.
