I know I have posted views of the Spirit before, but this boat haunts me.
Some day, one day, I would like to be on that boat travelling back to Tasmania.
In the mean time, I take photos of it whenever I see it.
Usually I sight it on Port Phillip Bay.
But this is the first time I have seen it from London Bridge Ocean Beach on the eastern side of the Mornington Peninsula.

You live in such a beautiful part of the world. I was so fortunate, once, to cruise from Sydney to Auckland, with a stop in Hobart, before crossing the Tasman Sea to Milford Sound....such memories.

I suppose it must spark memories every time you see it - it does for me, but only of holidays!
The seal do stink - proves a diet and fish and crabs does have some disadvantages!

Great spirit I would love to visit Tasmania one day as well
she's a beauty! i dream of going on a cruise someday, even just around the Philippines or Asia. traveling by boat is simply romantic.:p
