J is for jet ski...
(Continuing my series on the Mornington Peninsula)
Whether we like it or not,
jet skis are a feature of the water worlds of Port Phillip Bay, right along the Mornington Peninsula.
The one captured above was trailing the wake of the Queenscliff-Sorrento ferry.
He fell off a number of times, but righted the skis and continued on.
The waves were hardly smoothe!
At times, the skis seemed to submerge beneath the waves.

Just a stubborn engine and
Risky guts
Right after this stunt, he fell off!

Good one for the letter J -- nice pics. I've always thought jet skiing would be fun.
