It looks like a peaceful spot.
I am a bit envious - your days are getting longer and warmer while ours are becoming colder and shorter - a consequence of a four-season climate. The old home is so beautiful, nothing these days has such detailing and modern architecture is far more non-descript. Enjoy your warm Spring!
