That's a boat that certainly grabs your attention!
That red is on the wrong side. Red goes to the port side, green on the starboard side. At least that applies to lights.

Decorative indeed. And look at all of those rods & reels. The only thing left is to hear the sound of someone calling out, "Fish On!!!" Have a blessed day.
