Nice & bright, makes them stand out. I remember when I was a kid in Queenstown on the west coast of Tassie the Lions Club would always have a Hamburger stand at the football oval when there was a game on. They sold the very best hamburgers & instead of regular sauce they would cook a tomato & onion type relish to go on them. Mmmm... I can imagine the taste just thinking about it. And they were heaps better than McDonald's/Hungry Jack's burgers. Thanks for inspiring wonderful childhood memories Gemma
