Strange to see it like that, but pretty!
incomplete but beautiful
Usually when I see a pier in this condition it's because it is falling down and has been abandoned. Glad to see this is under construction. Should be fun when it is completed.
We at least can envision the pier - as we impatiently await out turn to walk practically out to sea to feel the briny breezes on the completed walkway...
How interesting to see it partially done. Beautiful scene.
