I found it parked near the entrance to the Coolart Wetlands at Somers.

This is a Kubota L Series loader tractor with an Austrialian made Silvan sprayer mounted on the three point hitch. This is a small spray unit designed for narrow strip spraying or spot spraying, Note spray hose reel on back. Nice orange photo.
I could find a lot to do with this thing!
