It does look like a wintery evening and a wonderful shadow shot as always, Gemma! You are so talented when it comes to -- not only photography, but haiku and I always enjoy both! Thank you for sharing!Sylvia
Oh, I like this a lot! The partial shadow is much more engaging than a full one would be.
One of many great shadows you find each week.
The parking area is non desrcript, with the shadow adding a bit of character to the wall. However, the light fixture on the roof looks like a stylish mast and rigging of a sailboat. Utility and style do go together quite well here...
It's amazing how those shadows lengthen as the sun slips lower in the sky .. well spotted.
It's good to have a lamp with shadow than no lamp at all... :)
You captured it just in time! Perfect shot.Delicious Shadows, have a blessed Sunday!
Now, THIS shadow is fabulous...I love the shape and the direct lighting surrounding it all. Oh, and love the veranda art post above too.
Cool lamp-even cooler is the shadow it cast!
Your Haiku is perfect with this shot!
