Great catch! Knocked over by horses?
horses tend to be smart and would probably not want to venture past , or over, this sign!
So I guess the horses and/or their riders were causing a problem.
Maybe trampled by said horses? Ha!
That sign would not stop the Lone Ranger and Silver ;-)
