that's a lot of $$ for a house for a boat .. I guess the ad read 'great beach front view' .. as if a boat was going to be looking out the window ... is there a window?

When we visited London, they were advertising spaces in a City Center Parking garage at $100,000. Crazy stuff -- this little "studio" at that price seems almost as crazy.
