In the bushland element of the Enchanted Maze Garden, Arthurs Seat are many sculptures hidden in the foliage or marking the tracks.
Some are faces sculpted from wood while some are metal birds and some are simply eccentric!
This one seems the latter.
Even if you don't like what you see, it makes you pause and take a little time to wonder.
And that is the purpose of this amazing garden!
A toothpaste design
Like bold stripes squeezed from a tube
Fanciful concept

anything that makes one think is a good thing .. art shared like this is a wonderful thing .. and you sharing it? Even better!
So creative in its eccentricity ;-)
I do like what I see. What fun!
Interesting that it reminds you of striped toothpaste!
Very strange indeed!!! do I see a birds beek? the gardens sound like a wonderful place to wander.
That Enchanted Maze Garden is truly enchanting!
Happy RT2!
The big one looks akin to a bird, so that is what I guess...hopefully with the wings of steel feathers, it may take a while to gain altitude. Perhaps like a Kiwi, he prefers land to loft and will stay on the ground instead!
Ha! like toothpaste squeezed from a tube, I like it. Thanks for the comment on my blog, I have never read Beattie Bow, perhaps I should.
Looks rather weird and incongruous.
Strange indeed. I couldn't figure out what it is. Happy RT!
Mine's here.
Strange and whimsical...
They certainly do make you think Gemma and that's always a good thing!
Very interesting, I couldn't figure hwat it was at first until I read your text lol.

It does give me pause. It sorta looks like bird parts, not the whole bird. But then the top extravagance is way over the top. Great picture for RT2.
Someone was having way too much fun putting these "things" together!
Somehow reminds me of striped kimonos for some reason...
