Yellowed Rocks

Rocks at Fisherman's Beach, just south of Mornington on Port Phillip Bay.
They are strangely yellowed.
High content of sandstone becomes intensely yellow when constantly impacted by water?

Probably lots of iron oxide in these rocks, Gemma. Nice shot!

I can't help but notice the human-generated debris among the stones. How sad!

I think Nick might have hit the nail on the head Gemma. Like your perspective on this shot.
I know what you mean about the great feeling you get when you stand back (clutching your back haha!) and survey your hard work in the garden, it is definitely worth it.
