Not often do you see a builder with a shop.
This one is in the small shopping strip at Portsea opposite the Portsea Hotel.
The unusual advertising banner with embossed motifs of chickens, pineapples, an onion and a flower (plus the creeper over some of it) attracted my attention.
Suggesting a down-to-earth, homely builder?
(Strange - The only internet listing for this builder is at Rosebud West, further north on the peninsula!)
A homely shopfront

Nice reflections in an unusual shop front Gemma. I hope you have a very Happy New Year.
Most unusual! Fascinating looking shop.
Terrific in b&w, with great reflections!
Yes Gemma, this is unusual for a builder. Nice shot. Happy New Year.
Love the windows with the arches above them. Such a nice office. Your capture in black and white is so nice. Happy New Year. genie
It sounds like the sort of company I would do business with -
Unpretentious & honest. It's amazing the impression we form just from signage!
Wishing you a wonderful safe &healthy 2012
Happy New Year Gemma, peace and prosperity for 2012.
The storefront is quite attractive...especially considering that builders often use industrial-style offices!
