Coolart last year...

in 1895, Frederick Sheppard Grimwade bought the estate
and built the imposing homestead as the family's country retreat.

Frederick S. Grimwade did just fine for himself and his family. That is an imposing estate. Interesting name, "Coolart". Sounds like the name of a gallery.
