The Nepean Apartments are another resort lifestyle evolving on the Nepean Highway, Dromana.(It replaces the Dromana Post Office mentioned in last week's post!)
This is just a few properties away from the evolving Pearl Beach Resort.
I don't know if this is all good for the Dromana seaside world.

Sydney - City and Suburbs
These type resorts seem to be popping up all over the world. There certainly are a lot of them here in the states...especially where the weather is warn and there is water. Personally, I am happy living out here in the country where I cannot see my neighbors. It is quiet and so peaceful. genie
It looks very inviting and even though I like to be near water, I don't think I'd want to live quite that close to the water's edge. Just a fear of flooding.
Great idea, no worries about yard work. I hope there is a free maid service, LOL!
It looks nice on the poster - and it is not a hi-rise like they are building everywhere here!
