In my wanders round McCrae last Sunday, I found a strange house with no conventional front entrance.
This is the entrance for guests, suggesting a gang plank to a ship.
McCrae is a village on Port Phillip Bay just south of my Dromana home.

Fun foto find! I like make discoveries out on a walk, too!
I love that door! very creative. Thanks very much for sharing your lovely picture with us at I Saw Sunday. :-)x
Imagination rules! ♥
Namaste.
Perhaps the welcomer, like me, is an old mariner.
Lovely quirky entrance - I had to explore your blog to realist that you don't live in Edinburgh, where they're far too snooty to have an entrance like that.
Reminds me of some of the floating homes on our Fisherman's Wharf - but the car here is a dead giveaway! :)
