I would love to see a photo of the train. They are always fun. Good thing this building found a new function.
I think I used to ride through Tyabb on the way to HMAS Cerberus at Cribb Point when returning to base from weekend leave in Melbourne
This is nice! There's a couple of similar places in Eugene (Oregon) where they've repurposed old grain mills and seed sellers ... they make interesting spaces for shopping and eating.
