With the flag flying proudly, I see!
Moat boat owners are likely more afraid of hitting land with their boats - but not this one! He seems to be able to park at the beach without its prop being bent if not careful. One can avoid the usual beach going auto traffic and pick the nicest part of the beach in no time...
