Rustic Dream(e)s

This sign at Flinders intrigues me.
1. I have no idea why the word "dreams" is spelt with an extra "e".
2. The sign seems to suggest some kind of yin and yang (black and white) but the division seems odd.

The “E” definitely get your attention. The sign is simplistic and attractive to me.

That is an odd spelling, but I'm curious to see what might be inside :) Here from the signs meme :)

Hmm...that is a puzzlement. I'd want to go in and ask.

I think they are referring to Eames furniture - retro but very moderne!

I'd suggest they want to differentiate their own company from the normal spelling of 'dreams' and that the dividing of black and white was done on the cheap, therefore they just split it down the middle without regard for the wording on the sign!

It does look very odd. I almost think it looks like they spelled it without the extra 'e', then changed their minds and made a new sign in reverse. Makes little sense, though.
