Lean on Me

A figure in the Enchanted Maze Garden, Arthurs Seat.
The figure is not only leaning on her elbows to read,
but, metaphorically,
she could be leaning on the words in the book to transport her away to other worlds.
For the prompt on Song-Ography - Lean on Me by Bill Withers

when you need a friend
who connects quietly
lean on me

Great capture for the day, Gemma! It does make you wonder where the words are taking her!

What an imaginative take on this week's song. Well done! (and yes, I have on more than one occasion leaned on the written word to take me away from everything else)
