As summer approaches, more and more we see holiday style street banners appearing on the Mornington Peninsula.

Good thing your explained the banner. At first I thought they were celebrating the whiskey or the grain. It is eye catching.
I'd honestly rather be there where summer is approaching than here where it's the opposite.
